My profile pic or Avarar isnt displayed. What happened?

Experiencing same problem for over two weeks. Tried different ISPs and didnt work. Only the settings shows my picture.

Internet Connection Speed is the cause for such Problems mostly.

• Check Your Internet Connection Speed. It must be at least 5mbps.

• Please Wait Patiently till your Pic appears.

• Play a Level and then check if your Picture Appears.

My avatar and several of my friends are just spinning as well. I'm hard wired to the Internet so I don't think that's it.

It happened with me too, but After Playing a level it comes back.

No I dont think its an internet connection problem; cause otherthings like boosters etc are fine; and I played 10 levels.... still no avatar

Please Check Internet Connection Speed even if You Think it isn't Internet Connection Problem. Once the same case happened with me, I saw my network Provider's Signal was low, So I couldn't view the Picture at that Time. It will be better if You Check it.

Your problem is that your game is not fully connected to the server.

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Even if your app is corrupted there will be problems and you will not be able to log out. Let me know if you can find the image below when trying to log out.
