Email received.. HELP

I received an email from King asking to come back to beat my level (haven’t played for a couple of weeks due to broken phone). Got a new phone tried to login with my King account (the one the email was sent to) and it’s saying there’s no account? Even though I was emailed with the exact level I was playing on. Logged in to candy crush using fb and it has but me down to level 900 odd when I was on 2157. Can anyone help? I’d like to continue on the level I was on!!
