Hello again @mccrory87 Thank you for replying back and confirming about the game.
When the connection was lost, may be you were logged out of your account! Did you check whether you have logged into the game?
You can make sure about it by checking into the "Profile". If you see your name, it means you are connected. If it shows a random picture and name as "Player", then you are not logged in.
If you are logged in, but still finding yourself at level 1, please follow below links (since I do not know which device you are using, I am giving links for both Apple and Android devices).
