I purchased the offer of 10 gold bars where are they?

I purchased the 10 gold bars for 99p to finish a level. It sent my confirmation that my purchase was successful but then screen froze and wouldn’t let me access the board to complete the level so I had to close the app and start again. So not only did i not finish the level but it didn’t give me my gold bars but charged me for the pleasure! This has happened on a couple of occasions and I was prepared to let it go the first time but a second time is ridiculous
