I am very sorry to hear that you are stuck with the "tickets"!
I am sorry to say even if the Community Manager helps you to move to the next episode, you will have the same issue again after the next episode ends, and the next one, then the later one! This is a never ending glitch, which is most bothersome while playing on King.Com 😔
Like our senior most Superstar @Elsa has mentioned above, there are too many glitches AND none of the extra features are available on King.Com!
Except on King.Com, on any other platform and/or device, you can have a feature called "Chocolate Box", with which you can earn boosters after finishing 4 tasks. Which is very very useful especially now as the "Sugar Drops" feature is taken out to earn boosters. And if you play on a mobile -- there is "Build-A-Bot". And currently, there is a feature which is called "Rainbow Rapids" on all these platforms. And it is a no show on King.Com 😮 which means no extra features, no nothing!!!
And another issue, on King.Com, the levels end at 2825, where as the actual available levels are 7000+ Also, you will actually receive lives if you play through Facebook or on Windows 10 or on a mobile device.
These are my thoughts on the issue you are having right now! But, it is completely up to you if you wold like to still continue to play on King.Com 🙂 Please let us know and we will act depending on how you want to proceed 👍️
