@Elflaco Heya! This is a problem that has been happening to a lot of people. You can uninstall the app then reinstall it. Your progress will still be there it wonβt change but any boosters you had will go.

Try to connect to your account ( via facebook or email) and also update your game . In my country we need vpn to access our profile
You tried to connect to Facebook while the game was already logged in to Kingdom, so you encountered this problem and you probably haven't synced Kingdom with Facebook.
By reinstalling the Game app you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.

I will try to uninstall and reinstall and I will tell you
was playing, I had one life left, I lost it when I thought I had no more, I have my full lives again, apparently it was when I disconnected from the server. I guess my progress and the boosters I had should be saved
What would be the steps to follow then
