Try to connect to your account ( via facebook or email) and also update your game . In my country we need vpn to access our profile

when you play you earn stars and when you collected enough stars there is your progress under your profile picture when the line is full it will give you full lives

Since I installed the game it was connected by email, I never did it through facebook. I'm going to try on facebook
that appears when i try to connect

You tried to connect to Facebook while the game was already logged in to Kingdom, so you encountered this problem and you probably haven't synced Kingdom with Facebook.

By reinstalling the Game app you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
