I have lost all my inventory once I re-downloaded the game.

I had to re-download the game. I was connected through Facebook. Everything else came back except for my inventory. I had a lot of inventory. Very upset that I lost everything please help

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

@Maria2508 unfortunately you inventory / boosters are stored on the device itself if mobile or tablet. so if you have to uninstall you lose all your stored boosters, unless you have backed your device up to a cloud storage before hand

@Maria2508 Heya! Welcome to the candy crush community!! And that’s unfortunately the problem when uninstalling and reinstalling the game. The progress in the game stays the same but all the boosters go. I hope you can collect them again soon.☺️

U r right it can be collected again but it is very painful. Nobody wants to lose their collection.
