I lost my boosters

When reinstalling the game and
logging in, I Lost my 327 boosters
and 73 packaged candies.
What to do?

Hi dear.

The boosters are saved on ur device not in ur account thats the reason whenever we change the device boosters disappear.

I m sorry but hoping u can gather them again.

There's a bit of bad news about that (see here for details); & as previously stated (but put a bit differently), you're basically out of luck about that.

If you bought anything (hope you didn't), go here & provide all details.

Boosters (especially colour bombs) are somewhat easy to earn (or at least they were), but it would be nice if the powers that be took care of that problem...

@kdz Heya! Welcome to the candy crush community! As @Spieler_8675309 said the downside to reinstalling the game is losing all boosters which can be frustrating. Only the game progress stays the same. I really hope you can collect your boosters again.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
