Where did my boosts go!?

I opened my game today and all of my boosts were gone! I lost my switch and saucer. Has this happened to anyone recently 🤷🏻‍♀️😫

Oh no! Usually it does happen if you uninstall and reinstall the game. Current progress will stay the same but the boosters tend to be lost.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

@veritaserum4 try see if any updates, log out and restart device then log back in see if it rectifies problem. Normally only time you lose boosters if mobile device and you do a re-install or change phones

I hope u can find them back but looks highly unlikely. Try to collect them agian.
