New episode cannot be unlocked
Hello, my game ID on King.com is 3613210093
I have, as before, the problem that the new episode cannot be unlocked. The last time, before level 186, it was almost 3 months and was not automatically activated. Now before level 201 I have the same problem again. Asking for friends doesn't work. How can this be fixed?

I think its a slow internet or update issue. However i will recommend this to one of our superstar @Sukanta_Biswas To further look into this matter.

I have the same issue on Candy Crush Saga I am stuck on level 440. My so-called 'friends' never seem to respond to my requests for help. My User ID is ESS. Any help would be appreciated.

When I press the King (Crown) sign all it does is show me the various games and my status in those games - what I have done. Log out screen? I just press the X to close the game (on the internet down).
