Hello Everyone!
One of my relatives play Candy Crush and have suddenly lost their progress, she was on level 1025 and she reached to level 1! She kept playing for some time and reached Level 200+.
She wants her progress back. I have contacted Player Support, but no one replies. We have tried twice. No one ever replies. Someone please look into the the matter.

@DeepshikhaSharan please ask your relative if she responded to the bot message that she received. I was told that when you get that bot message to reply back to them adn then you will get an answer. Does she still have the bot emails? It should have a ticket number on it. Post it here but try to respond to the bot message first. Then post the ticket number and one of the community managers can follow up with player support.
Tell her to complete the form again. Unfortunately, the community managers don't do this so it has to be done by player support. She should get the bot email and tell her to respond and she can even write the same comments again. Post the ticket number here but not sure if the community managers can follow up today because it's afternoon their time. Let's get this part going and see how far we can get.

I called and checked her. It is fine now. Please close this discussion as my issue is resolved!
