Re-obtaining lost boosters

I’ve accidentally deleted two of my King game apps for n my iPhone. When I re-download each of the games and reconnect to Facebook, my progress is saved, but I’ve lost all of the boosters I’ve collected and I’m unsure how to get them back. I’ve filled out a help form, but no one from King has responded to my inquiry. Any advice would be appreciated. I’m having this issue in both the Candy Crush Friends Saga and Pet Rescue Saga apps.

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

Sorry for this mishap. But it happens sometimes. Time to move on dear boosters are lost but i am sure a good player like u can earn them back.

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the saved up boosters in your games!

Unfortunately, that is what happens when we reinstall our game(s) OR change our devices. UNLESS they are purchased by real money, they cannot be reimbursed 😔
