While I am playing, if I run out of moves, my account will not connect so I can use my gold to get extra moves or spin for extra moves. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which then resulted in me losing all my saved boosters 😫. Really annoying, please help. Playing on Google pixel 4 and this has only been a problem since I got this phone a few months ago.

The tech team know of this issue and the cause and are working on it
How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.

I am running on data. Internet should not be a problem. I can connect to everything else on every other app.
Welcome, newcomer; but deleting the game is a no-no if you expected to keep the boosters.
You've got the same problem other players are experiencing here, so a moderator should give updates on the resolution (whenever that is); stay tuned...

I am sorry that u r facing this problem. I hope it can be resolved without uninstalling and reinstalling. But if u do so u will lose all ur boosters. So wait for sometimes try to update ur device game with fast internet may be it is solved. Otherwise u have to uninstall and re install.

Welcome, newcomer; you don't need the App Store if you've got the current version of the game already downloaded.
But look a few replies above, the moderator will give any updates in that other thread...
