App store spins without opening and so does The Shop. Just started playing this game as it was on my new phone when I got it. It's been this way since I've been playing it; have never had access to Shop or app store. I've cleared the cache and problem is still there

Keep getting this message on my kindle fire 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app; have cleared cache, I shut it down every day. Still cannot play the game because this message appears. Obviously I reached the app store to be able to reinstall the game but I still get this message. Please help me fix.

I am having the same issue as of 15apr 2021. not connecting to app store, Using windows computer, latest version of firefox. when i try to log into my account, it says there is an error, try again later. pls advise how I can fix this

Such a problem has been found in the game and the problem is under investigation. The studio is trying to fix this problem but we have no information at this time as to when the problem will be fixed.😔

You can also check this steps.

Log out game - Reset App Store - Restart your device - Check app update - Open game - Log in.

I am unable to connect to the store either. Whether I am on wifi or data (I've tried 3 separate locations) I have a galaxy A8 I believe that it may in fact be the games servers not everyone's phone

Can't connect, hope i will not be sendt back in the colorbomb race because i cant connect anymore (i have been on the Ice planet for over a year now....)

Is level 108, and is playing game 4400 at the moment.. Progress is slow, when i cant get boosters, and cant spin the wheel for ekstra 5 moves

It's my only app that have network issues, every other app works fine on my phone. Tried to install it on my PC but the problem is the same there. All internet works fine, just not from your app....

Welcome, newcomer; you don't need the App Store if you've got the current version of the game already downloaded.

But look a few replies above, the moderator will give any updates in that other thread...

I am sorry that u r facing this problem. I hope it can be resolved without uninstalling and reinstalling. But if u do so u will lose all ur boosters. So wait for sometimes try to update ur device game with fast internet may be it is solved. Otherwise u have to uninstall and re install.

Welcome, newcomer; but deleting the game is a no-no if you expected to keep the boosters.

You've got the same problem other players are experiencing here, so a moderator should give updates on the resolution (whenever that is); stay tuned...

I am running on data. Internet should not be a problem. I can connect to everything else on every other app.
