Assistance with new device retaining current level (7165)

I have repeatedly deleted and reinstalled the Candy Crush app on my new device but am unable to get the new device/reinstalled app to retrieve my current status. I have tried going through my email and going through Facebook, deleting the app in between but only get to level 6603, not 7165. I spend a lot of money playing your game and am very frustrated. It’s irritating not to get the cache of boosters I have tallied up, but I understand that isn’t allowed when you get new devices.

Please assist me with getting my new device to the level I have attained.
