I've wasted so much money and effort in the game. Everytime I have to replace a phone or log in to the game, all progress is lost except for the actual progress in levels.
That's great that I can start where I left off, but what about all of the boosts I've paid for and earned? These gold bars that have now reset to zero. The bonus levels to the side that now say I have to start over again?
It's very frustrating to lose everything every single time. why isn't all information backed up? I'm certainly not be spending any more money in the game.

@QuantumSonic Gold bars and levels should sync, you only lose boosters and any saved lives. You will need to contact customer support from your game regarding any gold bars you have missing

Hi and Welcome to our Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
