Remove F5 Player

How do I remove a player from my Fantastic 5 team that I customized? She no longer has her Candy Crush game therefore earning zero points. I can't figure out how to remove her to add another player. Please help!

hi @ames78 unfortunately players cannot be removed in custom teams. If you know how to contact her I'd suggest to tell her to join another team, just for the sake of it, because your team will have a vacant spot as a result.

How do you contact a random person that joined your team? I had my team open to the public and a random person joined it but never earns points. I would like to remove them

@XepicprodigyX Hi and welcome you cannot remove a player from a custom fantastic 5 team . All you can do is create a new team or join another team.

Hello there - unfortunately you cannot remove the player. However, if you are able to get in contact with the other members of the team (that you want to keep on your team), just make another team, set it to private, and tell them to join.

If you are able to get in contact with the person you'd like to remove, you can ask her to (you said she no longer had her game?) redownload the game and leave the team. I believe that this is the only way that you can fix your problem - I'm so sorry! 😣 Perhaps you'd like to suggest a feature that enables you to remove a player from your team?
