I have almost $50 worth of charges to my credit card in the last 30 days. All are for the amounts of $9.99. I did not make these purchases. 2 of them are on the same day! I check my password setting and they are set to be required for any purchases, which I have confirmed. How do I get a refund for these?

Sorry to hear that you have not received the items that were purchased!! King Community does not deal with the Purchase issues as the query includes your personal details!

plz. directly send / contact the support from ur game account. and they have ur purchase history for last 90 days. i am sure they will definately take the right action to solve your problem.
as told by my friends we community here dont deal with purchase issues.

Please contact Apple, Google, Microsoft or Amazon directly depending on what device you play on and what company handles all your in-app purchases.
They will also refund you if you have a confirmation and a password set up for all purchases and if you haven't shared your device nor any login details with anyone.
I would also advise to change the password on your Apple-ID, Google Play account etc.
