Why does my game have no place to join a team?

There is no way to join or create a team on my game (played on lap top via facebook). I went on a friends computer through her facebook account and saw where she could join a team I do NOT have that as an option. It just does NOT exist. Why? How do I get it?????

@Sandra_Sanchez The Fantastic 5 custom feature is being rolled out so hopefully you should see it soon.
Please check game is up to date and log out and restart your device, log back in. to make sure you are getting all available features to you

Fantastic 5 Custom team belongs to the test group so this feature is not available in everyone's game and because of the test features, it may not always be available in the game.
However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the future back again.

Hi @Sandra_Sanchez fret not, just stay tune to see whether there's new features made available to you from time to time whenever you log in. Meanwhile, continue to request lives from your friends to help you level up or play in FB acc using different browser to get fresh lives in each browser... Cheers and good day 😊🍭

Hello I have this exact problem how do I rectify it. I had been able to join team send lives etc but since about 2 weeks now I've not been able to do either. I've updated game, phone software and Facebook privacy issues.
