One more question about syncing progress.

If you log on to a King account and then log out, does it reset you to level 1 until you log onto an account that's not on level 1 or beat level 1 or is the progress still saved onto the device's memory as if you never made an account?

If you do not connect the game to an account, your game progress will be stored locally in the device memory. Whenever you sync the game with the server, the game progress stored in your device memory will be lost and the game will return to level 1 as soon as you log out. In some cases, even after logging out of the game, your level is stuck in the same place, but it is temporary.

Yes, it should be secured either with Facebook or at King.com with the email address, after which you can log in with your account on any device to be at your previous level

Hi there, is this your first time playing using King account? If yes, it will go to level 1. Based on my experience using mobile, my level will be reset at level 1 when I signed in via King acc to play the game. So it won't reflect the current level I have via FB account, despite playing with both FB and King account in my mobile.

I'm not sure mine is also an issue. If you already have FB account, I advise you to just continue to play with FB account where your current progress is.

Hope the above helps. Also before transferring your progress to new device, please note that only gold bars will be transferred along with progress whilst boosters and lives will be lost. So, please make sure you backup the necessary data in your old device before any transfer/uninstall of game.
