Everything lost after reinstalled game! Please help!
In my previous post, I asked about unable to purchase milestone goodies. I thought it was a bug, therefore I reinstalled Candy Crush Saga. After I logged back in, everything were lost. This include inventory, in-game mail(15extra life in it), additional life.
Please Help!
This is what I had before, I spent a few between 7145-7280, but not much.
After reinstall, everything except golden bars were gone.

@zhuran Hi and welcome. As said above your boosters on stored on the device itself, So if you uninstall, reset your phone or change phone, all stored boosters and lives are lost and cannot be recovered. If however you had any purchased boosters that were not used you can contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page and they will help you with these.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Welcome to the community. Very sorry to hear about ur loss but i fear the boosters are gone. But u can only get back the purchased one if any. Plz. Contact directly support from ur game application and i am sure they will take immediate action.
The free boosters u win from the game are gone. But i would like to encourage u that the good player like u can earn them back.

Welcome back to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
As everyone told you boosters are stored locally in device memory so uninstalling the app will delete all stored boosters. Gold bars are credited to your game account so you will get Gold bars to your game account on each device.
Anyway, please let us know your issue in our player support and I hope you can get some help from there.
