My Fantastic 5 timer has been stuck at 00:00 for several weeks. I've gone through every single troubleshooting step possible: logging out and back into Facebook, clearing cache, restartingnl device, making sure I have the latest version, etc. I thought maybe I'd get the custom team option eventually and that would fix it, but I never received that update either. Meanwhile, I'm missing out on lots of rewards and boosters. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you in advance!

F5 is a test feature and awarded to a selected number of test players. So there can be 2 problems.
Either it is out coz of a temporary problem.
Or u may no longer be a member of that selected group any more.
But u should be hopeful that it might come back to u any time. Plz. Check more details as below link.

Thank you for your replies, everyone. To answer the questions that have been asked:
- I am playing on a Samsung S10. I will see if I can borrow a family member's device to log in to see if I can get it to work there.
- My version of the game is the newest in the Google Play store, which is 1.180.0.1
- My player ID is 1554392241

Have you tried reinstalling the app?
I'm afraid of losing all my boosters if I reinstall. 😔 So, I'm reluctant to do that.
If nothing else helps, then that's the final solution to fix issues I'm afraid.
Any purchased Boosters can be restored after the reinstall.
