Hi Fellow Crushers,
For a few days now I haven’t received any of the lives sent by my friends. My mailbox icon is just blank 🥺
I’ve checked all the approval settings on Facebook and all looks ok.
I gave in and tried deleting then reinstalling my CCSaga game...Didn’t work...but I did lose all my bloomin’ boosters ☹️
Any ideas guys?!

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.
This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

Very sorry to hear about all this. Missing friends list and not recieving lives is a well known issue related to facebook and already reported.
U made a mistake by uninstalling the game. The boosters are stored not in the game but on the device so whenever we change our device or reinstall the game we will lose boosters. And i fear they r gone now. Nothing can be done in this regard.
Only purchased boosters if any can be recovered.

@Aitch i think u have done a mistake by uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it
u will lose all your boosters....
One thing I do not do is store lives!!
I’ve been Crushin’ for years now-I’ve read all about Lives going missing etc. What’s confused me is I still have my profile picture and can send Lives to my Friends List...I’ll just be patient and wait for the Exceedingly Brilliant Guys n Gals at King to do their thing!

When I put about not storing Lives-I meant that I’m always using them up faster than I receive them!! I didn’t intend to come across as abrupt or ungrateful...I apologise if any of you felt offended 🤗
Once again, thank you for all the help and advice...My Lives are still being held hostage in the ether somewhere... but I’m sure King will mediate and return them safely home 😉

No need to apologise at all. U r our fellow community member u just keep updated ur game application. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. I am also having issues in my profile pic and friends list. So hopefully it will be resolved soon.
