Please note that if you manage to continue playing with 5 extra moves after you used 10 gold bars on each occasion but you still end up not passing the level, I think most probably you can't get back your gold. That occurred to me before because I thought I can't complete that level with 5 extra moves with 10 gold bars but I was wrong 😅😅😅

The main cause of your problem is app crashing and check out some troubleshooting steps here to fix the problem.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
