if you opened the game app and gold bars didn't show up by now and if you play on mobile I'd suggest to clear cache for CCS app in the settings of your mobile but please be careful not to delete data because those are for your locally saved boosters and lives. Then log out and log in agan. If nothing happens then please report this to customer service and explain your problem.

Plz. Keep ur game application always updated. The rewards are already distributed so if u r sure that u have cleared more than 80 levels in the allowed time period u should get ur reward.
Plz. Contact directly to support from ur game or from the link provided by pitty kitty. But u need ur game ID to contact store. Check below link to know ur ID.

If you play on mobile, then always send the email to Player Support directly from the game. Go to Settings, Help Center, choose a topic and you'll find the Contact us in the bottom of the page.
Player Support will then receive your Game ID automatically and also all player data and purchase history and can then help you out much quicker.
