I have lost all boosters

the game wasn’t updated and yet the boosters disappeared for the fourth time

it is frustrating please help :)

Very sorry for your loss of boosters.

But whenever we change our device or reinstall the game we are bound to lose our boosters. As boosters are stored in our device not in the game so that we can play even offline and use boosters.

I am sorry but the free boosters can not be recoverable but if you have purchased any boosters contact support directly from your game, they have your purchase history so you can get them back.

When wo reinstall the game all boosters will disappear because it's saved on your storage divice not on internet.

so please don't uninstall the game you will not lose any boosters.

@shiraaaaa - I wish you a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear that you keep losing all your boosters. You mentioned that you hadn't updated your game. I understand that occasionally people have run into problems when they update their game - but as a general rule we always encourage players to keep their game updated, as well as clearing their cache on the device(s) they play on, and turning your device off for 10-15 seconds on a regular basis. This will help your device and the game work better.

In your case it sounds like you may have a more serious problem since you said this has happened 4 times. As requested above, can you please explain what you were doing and how the boosters disappeared (were you playing and the next day they were gone etc.?). Also it helps to know the type of device as well as the make and model. The more information we have the better we are able to help you.
