Hello I am another player affected by this problem. But don't worry, the game works normally. Hopefully the great team behind king will fix it shortly
@sharonlee Hi and Welcome. There has been an issue the last couple of months with Facebook. It is causing Avatars to constantly spin and not load. One of the issues it is also causing is that many of your friends have disappeared and you are also not able to send or receive lives from them. King are working with Facebook to try to find a fix for this but at the moment there is no time frame on a fix

We are very sorry about this but its a well known facebook issue already reported. King studios and facebook are working to fix it. But we cant give you exact time when it will be resolved. Hoping soon it will be ok. Have patience with us. Plz. See below link.
Welcome. The swirling picture is a Facebook issue and doesn't effect game play. Can give you give us more information about your missing friends? Are you not seeing them or just not able to exchange lives?

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it youâve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! Iâve played the level Iâm on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with âcannot connectâ. Iâve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
