I am unable to claim any gifts, updates on fantastic five, get any boosters or buy bars as it says there is no internet connection, but I do have. Anyone else having this problem?
@JazminJohnston Hi and welcome, Sounds like this is you issue , unfortunately this is and ongoing issue that the game team are trying to fix. At present there is no time frame on a fix for this as it is turning out to be a complex issue.

You have to make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet and log in to the game if you are connected to the Internet and the problem continues to appear. You must delete the game and download it again for you to get rid of the problem

Welcome to the King community I had that problem a while ago. The "no connection" message constantly appeared when there was I solved it like this: I disabled mobile data and all wifi connections, leaving the device offline. I opened the game and when the "no connection" message appeared I activated the connection. The problem disappeared I hope you can also fix it.
