Why am I not getting credit for bundles purchased via my PC's Facebook & iPad's APP?

Why don't I have the unlimited lives, that I purchased, through my PC's Facebook on my linked Facebook account on my iPad? That's ridiculous! I've also noticed if I complete a level/levels on my PC, I have to force a restart of my game on my iPad for my progress to sync or vice versus. This is an upsetting situation as it causes me to use coins or boosters to complete a level I've already completed. Complete waste of money!!!!!

    @JoJo10Aug Sorry to here your having problems with your purchases. Apologies but the community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information

    f you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Or alternatively use ths contact us at bottom of page ( you need your game ID for this )

    If you play multi device you tend to have to restart your device for it to resync to the server. i play multi device and especially my iphone i tend to have to always restart for the correct sync

    Boosters and Lives are not synced across devices. They can only be used on the same device that you claimed them on. Therefore the Unlimited Lives won't sync from your PC to your iPad.

    The progress should sync right away though, but if there is any connection issues with the game on your device, then force close the app and open it again to get the levels sync.

    I would also recommend to force close the app every time you finished playing on the iPad, make sure the iOS is updated to the latest version and that the iPad has at least 2 GB of free memory.

    With regard to your question on not getting the items purchased via Apple, please read the article below and hope it's insightful to you.

    Why haven't I received a purchase on my Apple device?

    Purchased an item but didn't receive it? Don't worry, we will fix this together!

    The first thing to check is your purchase history on iTunes. This is easy and can be done right from your mobile.

    • Go to the iOS Settings > then tap [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
    • Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.
    • (Please note: If you use Family Sharing, you'll see in your purchase history what you bought using your Apple ID, but you won't see what other family members bought. To see what other family members bought, sign in with their Apple ID)
    • Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.

    An example of your receipt information can be seen below. When opening your history, tap each area highlighted in green in the example below, to locate the purchase in your iTunes account.

    Once you've found the relevant purchase, please send us a copy of it by using the "contact us" button at the bottom of this page. We'll help you fix things from there.

    Please note: it can be a few days before the App Store applies purchase charges to your account. E.g. you might make a purchase today, but it can take up to 10 days for you to be billed for an in-game purchase. Therefore your invoice will show purchases from previous days, but not necessarily today.

    (If your purchase is shown as 'Pending' in your order history, it may be due to iTunes not debiting your transaction yet - or may be due to a problem with your payment method. If this is the case, please review Apple's page on 'Pending' purchases here.)
