Hello, my progress has disappeared. I don’t believe I linked it to FB or email before.

@rubya101 Hi and welcome. If you have not linked you account to a Facebook account or a king account. You will need to create one and post your Game ID and level you were on. We can then pass this on to the CM who maybe able to help you. If he can you will only get your levels though you will have no boosters ,scores etc, just the level restored

Hi there @rubya101 and good day to you.

If the game wasn't saved on any account, don't panic! Player Support can restore your levels manually!

First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.

Then head over to the Settings in the game and Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page. Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you and manually restore the levels.

Please remember to mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.
