I can't connect any of my king games to Facebook I've tried everything & nothing has worked . Can someone help me I cant even contact support through email
@smithyjs1970 Hi and welcome, are you receiving any error messages ? can you screenshot if possible. Is your internet connection ok and is this only king games.

@smithyjs1970 Hi, this error is being investigated, the only cure for it that i know is reinstallation but this does not always work. If you do this you will lose any stored boosters or lives though. other than that i think you will need to contact support from the bottom of the page, but you will need your game ID for this
Try general troubleshooting tips first, Check for update log out and restart your device, then log back in.
Also if you are playing via an internet browser clear the cache / history

You may also try disconnect from WiFi/Data, wait for few seconds and reconnect back your game. If the issue is still the same, repeat this steps after few hours. Usually, it will be back to normal.
Hopefully, the issue will be resolved.

It finally came back. None of my "Google Tricks" worked. I am an app developer, so I know a few tricks to work around connection and app problems problems. This seemed to be an issue with this app and facebook log in. Not sure but when I started messing with connection issue and reset device wifi channels. Restarted and it came back. Could a been on Facebook side also. This is an older tablet with some custom system apps. Although first fix wiped out boosters.

This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.
If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.
To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.

In my opinion your game has been corrupted and if no troubleshooting is working so you have to go for the Reinstallation process ( sacrificing boosters and lives). I hope some other solution might work for you as i am not a big fan for reinstallation but sometimes to go forward we have to take one step back.
