It seems like you've got the same problem other players are experiencing here, so a moderator should give updates on the resolution (whenever that is); stay tuned (if you want).

@barb929 Hi and welcome, hopefully the issue regarding not being able to contact store is explained above for you. This is an ongoing issue

For the free spin wheel. this is a test feature. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. so this just means your not in the test group at present, but could be again in the future. Nobody get all the features available
