it’s happening on my fire and iPhone

level seemed ok last night for about ten mins and then I get this again every time I hit just one yellow.

king keep asking me to read community posts or help articles - do they ever actually help for an actual problem?!

@123vivo Hi, As its the weekend it may be tomorrow you get a reply normally you will get a ticket number first then they will reply in around 3 days. It has been a little longer due to the covid situation. apologies but hope you get it resolved soon. Also we have had no other reports of this seems your the only one since the fix
