Nothing went wrong with a purchase related to Candy Crush. I just have a personal issue with Amazon and will not give them another penny. I recently purchased a new tablet from another company and as soon as I set it up I will no longer be playing on my Kindle. So who gets the money when I make an in-app purchase? Does it go to King Games or Facebook? All of my in-app purchases have been going to Amazon according to my bank statements. Thank you all for trying to help.

We cannot handle purchase issues in the community

To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

Please search for Buy & Gold Bars and follow the steps. When you send an email, please pick it up and provide your ID number. You can find them in the profile around the orange king sign. Please keep the sent email and after 3 days, if there is no answer, please resend this email !!!

When you play on an Amazon Kindle tablet all the purchases need to go through Amazon as all in-app purchases.

Same thing when you play on an iPhone, the purchases go through Apple. On Android through Google etc.
