What if we could create and vote for new levels? The best ones could be added to the game
it could be self managed, so If I create a level and reaches ‘x’ positive votes, it could go directly to the game.
what do you guys think of this idea?

I like this. Probably their own levels needs to be submitted to the game and it will accept what level it ia.

The Crush is Real campaign earlier this year were levels that players made and let's see if it comes back!
