I ran into the same issue. I reached level 4205, so you can only imagine how shocked I was to see that I could no longer reset or access my account. My game user ID is 13029963501

Hello, my king account is linked to my email and I've forgotten my password, whenever I try to retrieve or reset using the link sent to my email it doesn't work, it just searches the kingdom and gives an error mesg
