I forgot my password and can't access my email connected to my account. I want to keep my progress

Since you can't access your old one, you can create another account and then tell us your last level and your game ID which is a 10 digits number that allows your game to be located. Then CM @Crazy Cat Lad could manually restore it when he's at work.

Hi and welcome to the community.

Can you get to king.com? If so, you can try logging in through king.com and enter your email address. You should see the "recover password". Not sure if you have to try to enter a password and then you get this or if you see it as soon as you type in your email. Either way, click on the recover password and it should send a temporary password to your email account.

Greetings! I would like to restore my level since I forgot my password but no longer have access to the email used.

@fabloia Hi and welcome, I will tag the CM so he sees you message but if requesting this type of thing you can do it through support or you would need to tag the CMK to your post so he does not miss it
