@RsSsPs Hi and welcome, you can delete your account any of the ways explained above by @aijaziqbal @aijaziqbal and just create a new one but please be aware that you can only link one king game to one facebook account, so if its a king account you will not be able to link to your current facebook account. If its a facebook account you want to delete and keep the facebook you use this will need to be reset by the CM

You have 2 options.
1. If you already have a King account or a Facebook account, you will have to create a new King account or facebook account to start a new game.
2. If you still want to play using the same Facebook account, your option is to contact Player Support and have them reset your game as only support can do that as you need to agree to the T&C that follows with this kind of request.
Or you please tell us here your user ID and king game which you want to start over again and i can request to the related CM (community manager) to manually start your progress from zero.

just open your facebook app and go to settings corner. tap on settings.
under security section choose the Apps and Website option 👇
next in this window tap on the first option LOGGED IN WITH FACEBOOK
when you tap this next window will be open 👇
in this window which game you want to remove just select this and tap on REMOVE
it show a alert message that is your whole data in the game will be erased after this action. if you want to delete all your data tap on yes.
after this just relogin to Candy.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
