Understood that you've tried several times to purchase Summer Special package because you didn't receive it instantly.
Please be informed that sometime the items purchased may take time to be credited in your inventory i.e. 1-2 days. If you want to keep all the booster that you've bought with $127.59, then please log out from your game, restart your device, and log back in. This will refresh the page for the items purchased in your game.
However, if you only wish to keep the first purchased items, please report the issue to the payment service provider i.e. iTunes, Google Play etc.
Though the purchase was made through King game, the payment is processed by the Apple iTunes Store/Google Play etc. Therefore you should contact them directly to report the accidental purchase and request a refund. Open the purchase email confirmation from Apple/Google etc. and tap the 'Report a problem' link, where applicable, in the email to begin the refund request process.
If you don't have the email in your inbox, just visit your iTunes/Gmail account and tap 'Report a problem' next to the item in your purchase history.
Please also take a moment to secure your device against accidental purchases, so you don’t have any more sudden surprises.

If the issue is regarding a credit card or any payment details, then you will need to contact the company that handles all in-app purchases on your device, e.g. Apple if you play on iPhone and use your Apple-ID for purchases, Google for any questions about your Google Play account etc.
