The levels get so hard as you go that you HAVE to pay and pay and pay - I have been spending a RIDICULOUS amount of $$ every month - my choice, but......

Taking away the extra move wheel that gives you the chance of a 5 extra moves every 3 - 4 days is ridiculous. You've now completely lost me and I will never spend another cent. I've deleted the whole app from my ipad. Very unfortunate for both of us.

And BTW - it's INSULTING to say that this is a feature that comes and goes - it's been there for YEARS!!!!!!

    @Kristina_Moris Hi and welcome, Sorry to here you feel this way and will get your feedback passed on to the CM.

    I understand you find it frustrating after having a feature for so many years as i found this odd too, but i play multi device and i still have the free spin on one of my devices and the different formats i play have a few different features to each other the only constant i get through all 3 in fantastic 5 and daily treat calender

    The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.

    Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

    Too late. I've deleted the app - I know I'm only one user but I was spending $35 - $40/month. Oh well, saves me $$ not to play anymore. It just felt really really greedy to take that away. I already felt it was rigged against me as the player and now, it just pissed me off. Hope it was worth it!

    Losing the spin wheel features and other features have taken the fun out of in app purchases. I was spending $100-$150 a month. I no longer will make any purchases. It's sad that after years of being an avid Candy Crush player that it no longer provides the entertainment I enjoyed. I guess I will find a something new to spend my fun money on.

    Frustration, Disappointment takes us somewhere that we dont like to hear anything. And all the logics and arguments fell flat on us.

    I can see still the love for the game inside you that you passionately talking about it but if you reached at this point where you are so much disappointed then a break should be there as games are for fun and enjoyment.

    Wow!!! Just keep making it more frustrating! You definitely need some extra training in customer service as not to trigger people. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.
