Unable to connect to app store

I am unable to connect to the app store to get extra moves wheel. I've tried closing the game and reopening and restart my table but it doesn't work .

Your game probably doesn't have a full connection to the server, so you're having problems.

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
