Bring back board shuffling at the start of a level

Hello, I would like King to return the feature to allow you to shuffle the board at the start of the game. This is especially important on a hard level when starting with a CB and wrapped/striped may be the only way to pass that level without using a ton of other boosters. This feature was removed recently and the game is worse for it.
