My gold bars are gone

My phone died right after I used my last gold bars to get 5 extra moves to continue playing level 1641. Can anything be done to get them back?!?

Please report this to our Player Support Team here, so they can help.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

@Contesia Hi and welcome probably not as this was your own fault but the community does not deal with gold bars or purchases so you could try to contact customer support from your game. and explain your issue, you never know your luck

Very sorry for this unfortunate incident. We always recommend not to play game when you have low battery. It can also harm your game play which can result into crashing the game. So i dont think any thing can be done in this regard but as mentioned above you may try to contact player support directly from the game and see what response you get from them.
