If you Play on Mobile and want to uninstall the game then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels and Gold bars.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Daily Spin feature is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The feature is slowly being given to a lot of players and I hope you find this feature again very soon.

Build-a-Bot and Treat Calendar are also bonus features and not always available.
If you check under the events tab in your game you should have some other events and features?
If you delete and reinstall the game you can restore the levels by reconnecting the game to Facebook or your King account where you saved the game. Boosters and Lives though will be lost.

Reinstallation your game application should be the last option if there is any problem in your game play. You will not lose your game progress and gold bars but you will lose all your boosters and lives.
The features or events which provides bonuses are not permanent part of the game. They may appear and disappear time to time. But i recommend you to please do the standard troubleshooting process by log out, update your game application, Restart your device and log in again. If you are playing through browser please clear cache/history.
After this troubleshooting whatever bonus feature you will get. currently that is available to you and you have to be hopeful for the other to come to you in future.
