I already replied on the thread HERE.
If the Game ID is the same for your both in your games, then the accounts have been merged into one account. If this happens, it is not possible to separate the two accounts.
Was it your Facebook account that got merged with her King account?
Hi dear Your account Merged.
When a King account and Facebook account get merged or synced, you cannot separate them. The Facebook account over writes the King account and the King account is lost. The game is now completely saved on the player with the Facebook account.
The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.
Please reinstall the app on your device and create a new King account when opening the game.
After this, let me know the Game ID on the new King account and the level you were on and CM will manually restore it. How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here.
