1. What device you are playing.
2. Do you recieve any message when you try to log out. Can you please show us screenshot of that.
3. Do you have daily treat calendar and daily booster wheel in your game or simply no bonus feature at all.

Please Mention your device and error message hen it refuses to log out
If you want to log out the game and its refreshing so you can clear data of the game. but your all boosters will disappear from game.

And about booster Please update your game.

The game can be sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal, which is why you may sometimes appear to 'lose' access to some of the features because the game may think you are playing off line.

Understood you are having the following issues. My answers/suggestions are highlighted in bold:-
1) when i want to log out of the game , it refuses to logout Are you able to exit the game by pressing the home button long enough? If you can't, you may want to force close the app by following the procedures suggested below.

2) my avatar is stuck on a lower level (4013) while I'm already at level 4029.
Simply go back to the level where your avatar is at. Replay that level and when you have completed the level once more, the avatar should then jump to the correct level.
3) all free boosters are no longer available Read this article about lost boosters
