My Game User ID is 11925361798. I play CC Saga on my iPhone and King.com. Received 'end of road' message on King.com so synced my game to Facebook. Lost 113 gold bars in the process - now gone from my phone app as well as Facebook.
The sync also removed from my mobile phone app:
1) daily treat calendar,
2) chocolate box,
3) progress on the leaderboard 'levels this week' (reset to zero),
4) sugar star collection for silver/gold/diamond level bonus lives/moves,
5) daily win lost days back to Day 1 (from Day 4).
Is it possible to restore the game features and gold bars to my mobile app?

Make sure update your app.
Each feature of the game is under the control of the test group and the group members are randomly selected. Studio is always working to improve these features so sometimes they are not available in the game so we cannot say for sure that you will always find such features in your game. Once the test is successful, you can get the feature back to the game at any time.

Understood that you've lost your gold bars when you synced your game in King.com with your Facebook. I hope you've followed the steps here.
Meanwhile, please disconnect your mobile from your internet, restart your device, reconnect your mobile and log back in to your game and play 1-2 levels. I hope you'll see your gold bars and boosters.
Gold bars are saved in game server, it should be there unless you have not been saving your progress whilst playing the game in King.com.

@news4 Hi again, For you gold bars that are missing please contact Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
You features are all part of test groups so there is no way of getting all of these back. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. so you are not guaranteed to have these in your game. all you can do is make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart your device . then log back in this will ensure your getting the features that are available to you and hopefully some of these features return to you
