If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, so they can help.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

If you recieved the message of the win then it should be available in your game. Sometimes dexter challenge rewards take time so please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application. And restart your device. If playing through web browser clear cache /history and login again.
If you still not recieved your booster reward as explained above by kiara you need to follow the player support.

Hello @GrayDragonfly and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I too also won Dexter's Challenge this week and I see you were on the last planet. When you opened the chest and got the boosters - did you then immediately go to play the game? As you mentioned, several of the boosters are timed and should last for 6 hours. I play on several different devices and each device will show I won but only the device where I opened the chest will have the boosters and I need to use them immediately once I have opened the chest.
If this is what happened to you, then follow the instructions that have been posted above and I hope Player Support can help you.
