@abill1 Hi and welcome, Make sure your operating system is fully up to date and you internet browser. Should be ok as everything soon Will be HTML5 and not flash player which is not going to be supported by many browser soon. Until then just enable your flash player or if you have windows 10 operating system, download the windows 10 app which is the best option

Why will the game get cancelled on the site?
Due to the potential for security risks many tech firms like Google, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft are now phasing out support for Adobe Flash Player in their browsers. Which means that any games running on Flash Player will soon no longer work.
How and where can I continue to play?
To keep your game progress and continue you have several other options of platforms.
On a mobile device, download the app from the device's app store where you download all games and apps. When opening the game connect it to your King.com account on the Start Menu by tapping the blue 'Connect' button followed by 'Log in with email'. Finally, enter your email and password, log in and all your levels and Gold Bars will be synced to the game on your mobile device.
The game is available on both iOS (iPhone & iPad), Android devices and Amazon Kindle tablets.
You can also continue playing on a computer!
If you have a Windows 10 PC, download the app directly to your computer from Microsoft Store HERE. When opening the game connect it to your King.com account on the Start Menu by tapping the blue 'Connect' button followed by 'Log in with email'. Finally, enter your email and password, log in and all your levels and Gold Bars will be synced to the Windows app.
Another option is to sync your King.com account with Facebook and continue the game there. Open the game on your Facebook account HERE so it gets activated on your Facebook first.
Then log in to your account on King.com. Go to Settings, Account, type your password once more. Click on 'Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook', click on the two arrows and log in to your Facebook in the new window that pops up.

Unfortunately the game have to move from flash player to HTML5. So as advised above by all you have to play either download the game through microsoft and play on windows 10. Or link your game through facebook and play through browser.
